8tv currently is screening a Taiwanese cooking show called Feng Shu's Cooking Class, which I like to watch whenever I can.

Sometime late last year, Mandarin Oriental Hotel KL organised a photography contest for their revamped, all-day dining restaurant called Mosaic.  I submitted four photos and were delighted to find out that three had won me some dining vouchers.

Food Review : Restoran Goon Wah, Kuchai Lama

To those foodies who are familiar with the KL food circuit, Restoran Goon Wah would need no introduction.  But for a PJ girl like me, whose furthest self drive adventure to the vicinity of KL stretches only as far as Mid Valley, the name Kuchai Lama is like "err yea, heard of it, but doesn't have the faintest idea how to get there".  So long as someone else drives, I'm game!

Mother's Day 2013

Happy Belated Mother's Day to my fellow ladies bloggers and readers. 

I had a enjoyable Mother's Day this year.  A few weeks ago I told hubby I would like to do something different for Mother's Day, like a weekend getaway to someplace out of KL but not too far away.
